Using vinyl to turn a plain white espresso cup into the perfect cafecito cup
With it being Hispanic/Latino Heritage Month, I am finally posting about one of my favorite easy projects to celebrate a little bit of Latino traditions. Today we celebrate our love of good coffee, with a special focus on the cafecito we love in Miami! With a little vinyl and an image from Design Space, I used my Cricut to turn this plain espresso cup into a cup that any cafecito lover would appreciate. Coffee is so different in different places, so that Turkish coffee is different than French coffee that is different from Italian coffee, one of my first time experiencing the differences in coffee is when I moved to Miami and learned about Cuban coffee. I grew up with my grandmother having a cafe con leche (Regular coffee with milk, sometimes condensed milk for sweetness). On extra cold mornings in New York, my grandma would even give me some cafe con leche so I would be warmer on my walk to school. Cuban coffee is not my grandma's cafe con leche.
