Tasty Tuesday - Sharing a little bit of quirky Victorian inspired baked deliciousness

 As a chocolate chip cookie fan, a Disney adult that loves to explore Disney Springs, and a sucker for a quirky dark aesthetic - I do not understand how I have gone this long without every trying Gideon's Bakehouse.

During my birthday weekend celebration, I went to Disney Springs with a friend who introduced me to the yumminess that is a Gideon's chocolate chip cookie! 

The shop itself is awesome! It has amazing illustrations of fun little quirky slightly emo characters lining the walls along with other eclectic elements that give this place a fun goth vibe. It is the great combo of fun and dark that makes dark lipstick loving young me super happy that this place exists - and then you get to the cookies. Squee!

I only tried the chocolate chip this time because it was so hot outside that I was afraid it would melt, but there were many more delicious options including a special flavor that changes every month. In addition to cookies, there are cakes and coffee drinks that look great too and are added to my list to try next time.
